The lighting design for this dynamic workspace was to create layers of light and a smooth lit transition to a mixture of different environments. From social, collaborative café-like environments to “deep-work” zones, the design strives to create a spectrum of spaces for employees, visitors and customers to explore and the lighting scheme is key for the people using each individual space.

Splunk’s new London HQ is located on 3 floors of Paddington’s iconic Brunel Building which was created as a continuation and a blueprint for transforming its physical space around the world.  At its core this would support employees to collaborate and ideate, while maintaining independence and offering space of alternative settings when required.  The central staircase with its impressive backlit ceiling incorporates a variety of meeting rooms and alternative work areas such as a lounge and bar whilst providing the ability to host extensive all hand events.
