R&F Properties One Thames City is an ambitious regeneration project in London, comprising 12 buildings; 1,417 new homes, shops, restaurants and over 120,000 sq ft of commercial space.

We are absolutely delighted to be appointed as lighting consultants: asked to design the common parts, façade and considerable landscaped areas for the 3 residential towers. The tallest of which – No8 – 53 floors (180m) – recently reached the top of its development overlooking the Thames in Nine Elm.
